The Play List Is Now Closed

To thank it’s ever-growing community, the Ruby Play Network will be making a select few positions available within the final private round.

Winning a Play List spot results in your own compliant SAFT agreement directly with the Ruby Play Network, just like big institutions. Spots are limited to 1000 with each individual agreement entitling the applicant to a minimum of $1,000 and a capped maximum of $5,000.

There are a multitude of different ways that you can gain Play List eligibility. During the lead up to listing (Late Q1), a variety of promotions, giveaways and events will be held to give as much of the community the chance to enter as possible.

All are invited to apply, however applications pre-selected through events and marketing activities take priority. Therefore, community engagement in the lead-up to listing provides the best chance of hearing about Play List promotions and subsequently being involved.

We will be providing Play List spots through a variety of marketing activities and events:

• AMAs with a variety of different crypto communities and groups.
• Play List Giveaways on Twitter.
• Influencer promotions.
• Ruby Play Network Telegram AMAs.
• Gleam Giveaways.

Gaining a Play List allocation through any of these promotions guarantees a spot. Eligible applicants who register their interest in the Play List via the Google Form without winning entry first - may still be considered - however this is not guaranteed.

In the event there is more demand than the 1000 spots can fulfil, the strongest applications will be chosen and contacted accordingly to create a SAFT agreement. All applicants will be contacted to inform the outcome of your Play List application.

Successful applicants will be contacted via email.

All of your RUBY that you have accumulated to date via our social crypto casino and play to earn crypto games are yours to keep. Any RUBYs purchased via the Play List are in addition to any RUBY you may have already redeemed in rewards.

1. You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your application.
2. KYC will be reviewed in line with eligibility criteria, and AML procedures.
3. The Ruby Play Network team may request further KYC/AML/CFT details as needed.
4. Upon acceptance of KYC, a SAFT agreement will be sent via the email within your application.
5. Review the terms of the SAFT agreement, then sign and return if you are happy to proceed.
6. The Ruby Play Network team will confirm receipt of your signed SAFT agreement and create a request for payment of your chosen investment amount.
7. Send your payment. This will be confirmed accordingly via a transaction hash and receipt of the funds by the Ruby Play Network accounts team.
8. $RUBY is sent to the wallet you have specified within the SAFT agreement, as per unlock %, and monthly linear vesting schedules.
